Jules Hardouin-Mansart (1646-1708).

Nephew of Mansart, Jules Hardouin Mansart is responsable the construction of the Chapel of the Invalids: a Greek cross, with chapels at the corners, and a big dome which houses a black marble altar similar to the one in Val de Grace.

At Versailles he designs the chapel, the "orangerie", and the Gallery of Mirrors, a long hall with 17 windows paired by 17 mirrors, the later separated by red marble pillars with golden base.
